Help a mother reclaim her son

There's a troubling situation that I personally believe needs attention.
It regards a mother, her son, and her inability to lay claim to her rights due to disproportionate rumormongering.
Take a read, and spread the word if possible. She has what seems a couple months to raise the funds regarding legality costs, and even if a donation can't be made, the very minimum of spreading word can pose a significant impact.
